Welcome to @OfficialJaysKitchen. Jays Kitchen was founded by Jerome Francourt in 2023. What started as something to do in his free time, whilst taking time off of work, struggling with depression. Jerome had always enjoyed cooking and making others laugh. With the two combined he started making small shorts for his very small private following on Instagram. When he started getting good responses/ feedback he progressd onto TikTok. He then realised he has stumbled onto something, especially with his depth and knowledge in the kitchen as well as passion for food.

This lead to the fantastic startup idea

Our Goals

Official Jays Kitchen aims to provide affordable good quality food to everyone in the community. 

We would eventually like to open up a physical restaurant but have an ideal venue where we can do more than just serve food.

As much as we are called a "Kitchen" we are ambitious and want to connect with everyone in the community and hopefully be able to use our facilities to also help the community and young people by creating after school activities, events, shows etc ultimately being a regular and consistent space for all to enjoy.
